David Ferran’s hands-on experience as a Director, CEO and/or Division President of both public and private global business operations, enables him to counsel clients with a unique and clear understanding of the practical issues and complex challenges facing regional and global business leaders in today’s volatile financial environment.

For the last 5 years Mr. Ferran has been researching and testing hull designs, battery technology and propulsion systems. With his Master of Science degree from MIT he has the basic skills necessary to build upon in almost any field but particularly he is skilled in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. His long experience in modeling and simulation has made adjusting to marine systems easier. For the last 5 years he has traveled around the world meeting with people skilled in both hull design and battery chemistry. In the development of the pre-prototype “Charge It” he has shown that he can design a solar electric boat and bring it to the world as a sea-going boat. The many years of hull modeling and testing will make the decisions of selecting hulls for the product line of Electro-Mariner easier. His 40 plus years as project engineer and business manager makes him ideally suited for the tasks at hand.

Mrs. Swanson has over 15 years worth of corporate finance experience. As CFO of Electro Mariner Corp., she brings with her experience in the semiconductor and analytical instrument market. She has been involved in growing a young company and negotiating corporate technology sales and mergers. Suzanne has superior organizational skills and is a strong asset to a start up.

Stephanie Ferran has more than 20 years of experience in corporate / marketing communications and public relations, working with a wide range of high-technology companies in the semiconductor, analytical instrument, advanced computing and solar industries.

Ilya has over 37 years of electrical engineering experience, from designing densely packaged hardened high frequency power supplies to complete systems as well as subsystems: power inverters, charging and battery monitoring, RFI/EMI, standards compliance, etc. He has been responsible for developing new uninterruptible power supplies from preliminary specification to production. Ilya is the designer of the electrical systems for Electro-Mariner Corp.

Scott has been a critical team member responsible for overall computer systems architecture on the e-boat including motor control systems, data acquisition and monitoring subsystems enabling safe, efficient, and enjoyable operation of the e-boat. He manages the Digital System Development team.

Bill has over 25 years of experience developing military and commercial communication and networking systems. With a BS and MS in electrical engineering he is capable of tackling a broad spectrum of engineering problems on e-boat. He is primarily responsible for inter-processor communication design across all e-boat processors as well as design and implementation of communications, database, and command & control interfaces on the e-boat cockpit computer.
